Built with your patients’ data in mind
Our security program is built on three core principles.
Minimum necessary access
Your data is used only to deliver your analytics. PHI is de-identified during transformation, and access to any remaining sensitive information is restricted to authorized U.S.-based personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest at every stage of our pipeline, from the moment it leaves your EMR system through final delivery in your dashboard, using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS protocols.
Continuous accountability
We maintain HIPAA compliance and execute Business Associate Agreements with every technology vendor we use. Our security posture is reviewed annually by an independent third party, and our team receives HIPAA training on the same cadence.
