Brian W. Smith, PhD, MBA
Blending expertise in strategy, operations, and analytics, Brian has helped dozens of healthcare organizations transform data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. He was formerly with IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare data science, where he led consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. He has also held leadership roles in provider organizations including two integrated hospital systems and a growing specialty practice. Brian completed his MBA at The Wharton School and a PhD in engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Michigan.
Adrienne Hollander, MD
As a practicing board-certified rheumatologist and past managing partner of one of the largest independent rheumatology practices nationally, Adrienne has unique composite of clinical and business acumen. Through structured systems implementation, Adrienne has led her practice to grow strategically while preserving physician autonomy and clinical quality. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations, a non-profit that advocates for patient and provider issues in musculoskeletal care. Adrienne holds an MD from Temple University and a BA from Swarthmore College.
